How to Apply

General Application Information

We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of their application. A non-refundable fee of $75 must be submitted with each application.

The deadline for midyear applications is December 1, 2016, and the deadline for applications for the 2017-18 academic year is February 15, 2017.

Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis for any student who applies after March 10. We encourage late applicants to call us directly regarding the availability of spaces for the coming academic year.

Create an Online Application

To begin the online application process, create an account. Then log in to your account and select Create a New Student Application. You will be able to log in and out to access your open application, so you needn’t complete it in one sitting. Note: Please do not use all capital letters to complete your application; use appropriate capitalization or your application will be returned to you for correction.

A complete application consists of the following parts:

a) Formal online application and essays
b) Parents’ Statement
c) Official transcript (translated if applying as an international student)
d) English Teacher recommendation
e) Math Teacher recommendation
f) Personal recommendation
g) Testing
h) Interview

Students may visit campus for an interview. If visiting isn’t possible, Skype interviews will be conducted once the Admissions Office has received all remaining materials.

After submitting the application, you’ll be able to track your admissions status by logging in to your account. There you’ll also be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
