Over eighty student athletes and coaches participated on five basketball teams and one swim team during the Winter sports season. Both boys’ and girls’ varsity basketball teams advanced to the NEPSAC playoffs and were ranked in the Top 8 teams in New England. The girls’ team fell short in their playoff bid against the #1 ranked Watkinson School. The boys’ playoff bid continues this Saturday against Vermont Academy. The JV programs continue to show promise and put up healthy numbers. Our newly formed swim team of fourteen swimmers practiced daily. Eight swimmers competed in the CISAC tournament with one swimmer, Tamer (’16) earning gold in the 100 free-style.
