On April 25, we held our annual Diversity Day tradition celebrating the customs, cultures, hobbies, and interests of our community. We had dozens of workshops, from “Collagraphy, Ruins, and the Arts in Cuba” and “Israeli Music as Dialogue” to “Nintendo’s Greatest Hits” and “Mastering the Rubik’s Cube,” as well as food and culture presentations about China, Desi, Poland, Puerto Rico, Turkey, and Vietnam. Our keynote speaker was James Deutsch, Curator of the Smithsonian Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage. We also welcomed the BHMA (Berkshire Hills Music Academy) performance troupe.
Thank you to all who made it happen!
