Important Dates

The school will only transport students to and from Boston Logan International Airport at the beginning and end of the school year only. Those travel dates are August 28, 2024, and June 1, 2025.

The school will transport students to and from Bradley International Airport, serving Hartford/Springfield (BDL) and Union Station in Springfield, for the bus and train on the travel days for all vacations.

The school will not transport students if it requires them to miss any classes or other school commitments.

In order to accommodate our boarding students over the Thanksgiving, December, and March Breaks, we have a limited number of Homestays available for an additional fee. Students must follow all requirements for entry into the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  • Last day of classes is Friday, November 22, 2024

  • Boarding students: depart Saturday, November 23, 2024, by 12:00 noon

  • Boarding students must return by 8:00 p.m. Sunday, December 1, 2024

  • All Students: Classes resume at 8:00 a.m. Monday, December 2, 2024

December Break

  • Last day of exams is Thursday, December 19, 2024

  • Boarding students: depart Saturday, December 20, 2024, by 6:00 p.m.

  • Boarding students must return by 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 6, 2025

  • All Students: Classes resume at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025

March Break

  • The last day of classes is Friday, March 7, 2025

  • Boarding students: depart Saturday, March 8, 2025, by 6:00 p.m.

  • Boarding students must return by 8:00 p.m. Sunday, March 23, 2025

  • All Students: Classes resume at 8:00 a.m. Monday, March 24, 2025

Summer Break

  • Middle School Academic Convocation and 8th Grade Rite of Passage is Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.

  • Academic Convocation is Friday, May 30, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.

  • Commencement is Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

  • Seniors must be off campus by 8:00 p.m. Saturday, May 31.

All students are required to attend Academic Convocation and Commencement.

  • Boarding students in grades 6-11 depart Sunday, June 1, 2025, by 6:00 p.m.
