Elizabeth has had many roles at MacDuffie, from Parent Association Treasurer to Manager of Duff’s Stuff. She officially joined the Admissions Team in February 2023. She taught French for 14 years in girls’ independent schools in Toronto, and has coached volleyball and cross country. She lives in South Hadley with her husband, Steve and can be found on FaceTime with her two children, currently studying back in Canada. Elizabeth enjoys running, traveling, and documenting her family’s adventures in scrapbooks.

Pat Boudreau joined the MacDuffie School, Springfield campus, in August 2000. After 20 years Pat retired as the Registrar at the end of June 2020. In September 2023 she came back to MacDuffie as an Admissions Assistant.

During her time away from MacDuffie Pat enjoys working in her yard, reading, walking, having lunch with old and new friends, and of course spending time with her kitty, Maggie. Whenever possible she travels to Florida, Ohio, and Enfield CT to see her children and grandchildren. Pat also loves listening to music and enjoys attending concerts whenever she can.

Aldo has over 31 years of experience recruiting student athletes for Mount Holyoke College and Ohio State University.  At Mount Holyoke College, he served as a Senior Lecturer in Physical Education and Head Tennis Coach.  In addition to his responsibilities as a MacDuffie Senior Admissions Associate and Junior Class Advisor, he will serve as the Head Tennis Coach.

Victoria understands and connects with international students, having spent three years studying in London as an international student herself. Prior to joining The MacDuffie School, she worked as a recruiter for a small private university in the UK, gaining valuable experience in student outreach and support. In addition to her admissions role, Victoria serves as a dorm parent for some of MacDuffie’s youngest international students. Although this is her first year at MacDuffie, she has already felt welcomed by the community and is grateful to be part of such a diverse and supportive environment.

In the course of her 30 year career in boarding schools in the US, Jordan, and China, Wendy has served 10 schools in a variety of positions including Deputy Head of School, Dean of Students, Senior International Admission Associate, Advancement Associate, Coach and Dorm Parent. Wendy enjoys meeting new students from around the world and she is quick to explore a student’s strengths, educational goals, and personal aspirations. Helping students understand how they fit into a school community is a hallmark of her meetings with students and families. She looks forward to exploring how The MacDuffie School will serve your students.
