Boys Prep Basketball

The goal of MacDuffie Boys' Prep basketball program is to play competitively within the NEPSAC Class AA division. The MacDuffie School athletics program seeks to develop students holistically, creating an environment that is in line with the MacDuffie C.I.R.C.L.E. Values. While striving for a successful competitive record, coaches also teach team play, provide players with the best coaching in fundamental offensive and defensive skills, and help players grow in self-confidence and self-esteem.

Three MacDuffie alumni have played in the NBA, while 10+ others have had professional careers in leagues around the world, including the NBA G League. Three alumni have been selected in the NBA Draft since 2018.

Boys Varsity Basketball

The Boys Varsity Basketball team competes against other NEPSAC and SENE Schools. Both local and international students try out for the team, and players engage in competitive games while solidifying skills and building team cohesion. After taking home the SENE title in 2022-2023, the team hopes to raise another banner this year!

Girls Prep Basketball

The Girls Prep Basketball program at the MacDuffie School has been consistent over the past two seasons, and remains competitive at a high level in the NEPSAC. The Mustangs compete in Class AA of the New England Prep School Athletic Council (NEPSAC)

Swimming

Through our relationship with The Greater Holyoke YMCA, the Mustang swimmers will practice daily under the supervision of the coach, in preparation for a competitive season that culminates in the CISAC Championship in February.
